1. General Terms

By using Car Rental Indonesia services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before making a reservation.

2. Renter Requirements

Renters must be at least 21 years old
Must have a valid ID card
For self-drive rentals, must have a valid driving license
Submit deposit as required
Fill out and sign the rental agreement form

3. Rental Terms

3.1 Rental Duration

Minimum rental duration is 1 day (24 hours)
Day count starts from vehicle pickup time
Delays over 1 hour will incur overtime charges

3.2 Vehicle Usage

Vehicle may only be driven by the registered renter
Using vehicle for illegal activities is prohibited
Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited
Pets are not allowed without permission
Vehicle modification in any form is prohibited

4. Payment

Payment must be made before or at vehicle pickup
Deposit will be refunded after vehicle is returned in good condition
Payment methods: Bank transfer, e-wallet, or cash

5. Cancellation

Cancellation 3+ days before: 100% refund
Cancellation 1-2 days before: 50% refund
Same day cancellation: No refund
No show without confirmation: No refund

6. Damage and Loss

The renter is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the renter according to the level of damage.

7. Insurance

All vehicles are equipped with all-risk insurance. However, insurance does not cover damage due to renter negligence or intent, as well as loss of personal belongings in the vehicle.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, riots, or government policies.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes that arise will be resolved through deliberation. If no agreement is reached, it will be resolved through the South Jakarta District Court.

10. Changes to Terms

Car Rental Indonesia reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective once published on the website.
